Shipments will be made within 48 hours after placing an order, personalised orders can take longer, depending on the number of orders in current production, if you need the personalised order quickly or for a certain date please email us at customerservice@oneposhparty.co.uk with the details. If any product that you order is out of stock, we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as feasible to inform you.
